I've spent days and hours trying to explain it to tech, at the end yes it does get fixed by them but it takes them forever!!
They shouldn't let clients test their software, they should test it themselves or higher a professional company to test it before they release it.
I've spend so much money on this garbage and I regret it, so don't make the same mistake!! Go with a different company.
DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME! TELL THEM THIS IS A SCAM, AND LET THEM KNOW YOU FOUND THIS INFO THROUGH PUBLICCOMPLAINTS.ORG
These people scammed me, they wanna charge me for an upgrade, I emailed them asking them to give me the upgrade because their old software had tons of bugs and wanted to test the upgrade to see if its any better but I doubt it and here is their response to me:

there are lots of bugs in their software too
don't do business with voicent, I also had issues with their software not working for me, I complained and they did not refund me, I had to call my credit card company and ask them to do a chargeback.. that was the only way how I got my money back after all the headaque.
