Well to be hounest with you I had used my friends credit card to pay for it and he did not authorized it.
So even if you forward anything you won't win because you are a scam and might want to them know you are a scam, if you do forward all these emails to them be sure not to lie and hide what I said that you are a scam because if they ask me I will forward them the full logs, incase you didn't know its always to the favour of the buyer! Maybe you should reconsider if you want to accept credit cards or not.
Ok I'll go ahead with the chargeback and show you how you will loose $9 that I paid and other fees they might charge you like $25 and report you to your credit card company saying how you don't resolve complains and rather taking it to the chargeback state, I'm sure Apple themselves will find your website very interesting when I let them know of what you sold me.
I can't believe just for $9 you want to create problems for yourself!
I'll write up reports and submit them to my cc company, apple, bbb.org, general attorny office, to publiccomplaints.org and other organizations.
This complaint is now visible on publiccomplaints.org

Hmmm... seems that you know credit card charge back gaming a little
too well !
I suggest you speak to Visa then, ... and I'll make sure I forward all
your comments to PayPal, and onto your Card Company.
Your below "insight" into the unlock is totally wrong, ... however as
you have no intention of paying
I really can't be bothered to waste any more time replying to your
comments.

Let me know asap. pls.

I already purchased the turbo sim from ebay, and it comes with free
instructions on how to jailbreak and activate!
So you are selling something that is given for free when you buy the
turbosim!
No I don't want to be on the waiting list, because there will be no
method to unlock this other than the sim, plus anyone can find these
guides you are selling free on the net and torrent sites, if you
don't want to refund it I will get just the refund through my credit
card company by initiating a dispute first thing when they open
tomorrow, which I wouldn't recommend for you because you might be
charged $25 extra and your merchant processing fees will rise.
You should have explained it more clearly and on top not at the
bottom, I bet you most people don't understand this and if they
haven't done chargebacks yet they soon will, I've been in the credit
card buz myself a lot be4 and there was a time where the cc company
even froze my acct and I lost all funds due to many chargebacks, we
are newbie's to this and I'm sure you were at some point when you
first started learning about this.

Hi,
Thanks for your email.
It states clearly on our website that it doesn't "unlock" a V1.1.2
phone unless its been upgraded
via iTunes to that version.
We do not offer refunds for this product, and expect you to make an
informed choice before you purchase.
What we can do however, is to put you on the waiting list for the
updated V1.1.2 guide, which will only be released
when the firmware has been unlocked (when the next firmware release
comes out by Apple). Currently there is no
software unlock for virgin V1.1.2 phones.
Cheers!

ReplyDeleteI love publiccomplaints.org , I just googled this and just found the info how to unlock it without actually have to go out and pay for it!!
here is what I've heard, you can find anything on the internet free of charge! don't expect to have the info just come to you, you actually have search for it and you will eventually find what you want for free! I'm very gradeful o this great website :)
Thanks again :))
I bought this off them too and it didn't work! I guess I'll contact visa too, thanks for the info dude, they're scammers I will contact their local police dept. and file a complaint with bbb.org and their attorny general office.

ReplyDeleteWell I too have been taken for a ride by http://www.iphoneunlocking.com as well. I emailed them on Saturday the 19th prior to purchasing the unlock software. They responded to my questions via email in a matter of minutes. The questions I asked them were as follows.
Question 1: Does the software unlock firmware v 3.1?
Response: Hello. Our software will enable you to unlock the iPhone with the latest firmware version 3.1 installed.
Question 2: Are you able to unlock the phone for T-Mobile USA?
Response: Hello.Yes we can confirm that you will be able to use the T-Mobile network within the USA.
Question 3: If the software does not work as stated, can you confirm that the 100% money back guarentee will be honored?
Response: Hello. Yes we offer a full money back guarantee on all orders.
As soon as I downloaded the software I tried to open it up and it stated there was an error. I tried and contact the live support, phone support and email support and have yet to recieve a response. These people are the biggest crooks, its amazing they are still at the top of the google search for i phone unlocking. I am going to contact google to let them know they are crooks and my credit card company for dispute. My husband is a private investigator and will be in the UK in the next 30 days he will be stopping by their offices and or homes. The $30+ dollars is not the problem, I mean I spent $400 on the phone, the problem is the blatent disregard to honor the claims made on the website.
SG-SSL.COM is a scam that sells iPhone unlocking guides that can be found for free on the internet. The instructions for unlocking iPhone 1.1.1 or 1.1.2 can be accessed from websites like torrentspy.com and isohunt.com, or downloaded from http://www.rapidadvertising.com/iPhone_Unlocking_Guide.zip.
