Beware: StoresGo.com is a Scam!

As a regular online shopper, I have experienced my fair share of delays and mishaps with orders! However, my recent experience with StoresGo.com has been nothing short of a nightmare! leading me to label them as a complete scam, be-aware!

On Thursday, July 11, 2024, I placed an order with StoresGo.com, selecting express 5-day shipping via FedEx. Eagerly awaiting my product, I expected to receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number promptly. Unfortunately, that confirmation never came.

Despite being charged for the order, I have not received any notification about the shipment or a tracking number. Over the past week, I have sent multiple emails and left several voicemail messages, all of which have gone unanswered. During one of my attempts to resolve this issue, I managed to speak with someone who assured me they would pass the information to the seller. Yet, even after this interaction, I have heard nothing back.

Frustrated and suspicious, I decided to do some research on StoresGo.com. A quick search on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website and other review platforms revealed that my experience is far from unique. Numerous customers have reported the same issue: being charged for their orders without ever receiving their products. Many have described similar stories of unresponsive customer service and unmet promises.

After sending several emails complaining, their customer service finally replied, claiming their seller would ship the product and provide a tracking number soon. But they never did. They are liars because they have no sellers. StoresGo.com pretends to be a platform where they allow sellers to list their products, but there are no actual sellers. All products on StoresGo.com are listed by them! and they scam people by never shipping anything!!!

The pattern is clear. StoresGo.com appears to be engaging in fraudulent activities, charging customers for products they have no intention of shipping. This kind of operation is not only unethical but also illegal.

I urge all potential buyers to stay away from StoresGo.com. Do not fall victim to their scam. Always research online stores before making a purchase, and be wary of any site with a significant number of negative reviews and unresolved complaints.

In the age of online shopping, trust and reliability are paramount. StoresGo.com has proven itself to be untrustworthy and unreliable. Protect yourself and your finances by steering clear of this fraudulent operation.

Spread the word and share your experiences to help others avoid the same fate. Together, we can hold scam sites like StoresGo.com accountable and ensure safer online shopping for everyone.

I had been selling on Storesgo.com when it was Eishops.com and even at that time, getting payouts was an issue but they later rebranded to Storesgo.com and then sent emails that they're under new management so, getting payouts wouldn't be an issue again- but that was never true.

When I complained severally that the issue of payouts was still a thing, the owner, Fed Alcius, said they're going to rectify it by sending payments for orders shipped and delivered every 2 weeks. I had no problem with that. But this was going to be another lie. Usually, when it was just a day before he needed to send payments, he'd come up with an excuse as to why he can't send the payment the next day. All this while, I was still buying and shipping orders with my own funds in the hope that the orders that have already been delivered would be paid to my account.

Then in March 2025, the payouts ceased coming at all. Several emails would go unreplied to and I can't even complain about phone calls- the website's customer care line never gets answered. After persistently sending several emails, Fedner Alcius sent a message that they had issues with their merchant processor and so they'd get it sorted soon and start sending me my money. Weeks turned into months and I never got any updates.

Then later, he asked his [sister/relative] Elencia Alcius send an email from [info@socialjusticesolution.com] that she "echoes" her [brother/relative's] sentiment and that, they'll solve the issue soon. I later found out that she's an associate at Kubicki Draper, a law firm. She later blocked my email from messaging her.

All this while, I had still been emailing and calling Fed Alcius to get my money because I was now being owed a little over $8,000. I'd see his recent online activities and know he's online but deliberately refusing to pay me at this point.

I then made a complaint on BBB about Storesgo.com and BBB later sent an email that Storesgo.com hadn't responded to the query and funny enough, during that time, I used a new email to make an inquiry about an order on the storesgo website posing as a buyer. They responded to that email and that was when I just knew that Storesgo.com was seeing my emails but they had made up their mind that they were going to scam me.

If you're planning to sell on this website, just know that they'll dupe you sooner than later and if you're trying to buy from Storego.com too, just know your money wouldn't get to the sellers.
