I have an AMEX American Express Card , I recently received AMEX checks cheques for a rate of
4.99% percent.
I called American Express to verify that and asked if there are any hidden charges and they said no just 4.99 % percent.
When I received the statement it showed that they charged me 18 % !!!
They total interest was upto 300 !!!
Since I don't care about credit and got tons of cash
I then declared bankruptcy, and did not pay them a penny so they can go fuck themselves. :)
It is important to take responsibility for one's financial obligations and communicate any issues or disputes with the credit card company in a respectful and professional manner.
