Received the following complaint review from a client:

I emailed Sivakanan Easwaran asking for information for rentals available at 8868 Yonge St.

And it looks like he ignored my email, I've been trying to reach him for a while and he did not respond either.

I don't recommend you deal with SIVAKANAN EASWARAN nor with Residential Development Services either.

    Totally unprofessional never answer phone calls only text reply after 3 to 4 hour. Send my client offer and he never call back or email back.

    I had a terrible experience with Sivakanan Easwaran from Residential Development Services. I emailed him to inquire about rentals available at 8868 Yonge St, but he ignored my email and did not respond to any of my attempts to reach him. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and disappointing, and I would not recommend anyone to deal with him or Residential Development Services. It is unacceptable to ignore clients and potential customers, and it reflects poorly on the company's reputation. I advise anyone looking for property management services to look elsewhere, as Sivakanan Easwaran and Residential Development Services clearly do not value their clients.

    April 6th 2023, simply inquired about parking for a unit he was listed on as sometimes all details aren't mentioned on postings and instead of answering the question, replies with condescending attitude. Unnecessary attitude. Avoid at all cost
