SK Judds MOving and Storage-Columbus Ohio
SK Judd's Moving and Storage moved my furniture and broke a dining room chair, which for the record is no longer made. I have called them repeatedly to get information on a claim that I submitted and they never return phone calls. I have also sent them a letter letting them know that I am not pleased with their service. The move was made on June 8 2005. As of today February 19, 2006. I recently got the chair back after involving Angies list. They paid $85 but refused to pay the additional $75 for the repair of the chair. Since the chair is no longer made I had no choice but to make them fix it and pay the damages in full. I feel they owe me $75 and I am currently taking them to small claims court mediation so see if I can get my money back. I chose their services because they offered $10,000 insurance at no extra cost if they damaged any of our items.

ACE collision is a ripoff. I sent my car to repair shop on 24 March and was informed it will take 15-20 days. Insurance paid only 30 days for car rental and it has now been 46 days and car is still with ACE collision, 1437 E. 5th Avenue Columbus OH 43219. They keep promising car will be out in few days and have not even provided alternative car. They only start working on car after 30 days and their staff is rude and never give straight answers. Never recommend this business to anyone.

They broke a valuable piece of furniture during my move and have been completely unresponsive to my requests for information on how to file a claim. It's frustrating to have a company that promises insurance but doesn't follow through when something goes wrong. I would caution anyone considering using this company to think twice and do some research before trusting them with their belongings. I hope that others don't have to go through the same headache and hassle that I have had to endure. Overall, I cannot recommend SK Judd's Moving and Storage based on my experience.
