Rogers Wireless SUX
Today I cancelled 20 of our company lines that were with Rogers because of a rep. That works at Rogers which made a mistake and cancelled something on our account with no authorization.
Her name is Lynn and her operator id is:

I don't like Rogers, I think it sux, they have the worst customer service.
DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME! TELL THEM THIS IS A SCAM, AND LET THEM KNOW YOU FOUND THIS INFO THROUGH PUBLICCOMPLAINTS.ORG

If you are expecting any different treatment by customer service from Bell or Telus forget it. No matter which provider you are with you will experience the same old thing.
Atleast with Rogers you get world roaming capabilities, and the best network coverage your going to find imo.
