Our client sent us the following complaint review about Goodcom goodcom.cn reviews, scam:
I've had nothing but headache when I purchased from this company.
I received the printer from them, it didn't work, I've spent about 20 hours trying to fix this damn thing and it was just a waste of time, their customer service sux, they scammed me and I didn't get back the full refund that I paid for.
GoodCom sells their products on their website and also on AliBaba.com, and AliBaba tolerates this SCAM and allows this to happen.
So I'm guessing if a company wants to scam buyers they can use AliBaba to do so.
This complaint will be removed upon confirmation and satisfaction from our client.

I’m here to share my reviews about Goodcom, I ordered a printer from Goodcom and the printer didn’t work properly, I asked for a refund they gave me a lot of hassle and wasted a lot of my time, they said they they will find out what’s wrong with it and I asked them to ship me another one in the meantime because I need one right away and don’t wanna continue to waste time but they refused to so I said that I would pay for a second one and asked if they would refund me for the first order if it’s proven to be defective they said yes and they promise however this is a complete lie so far, I requested a refund and it hasn’t been processed yet, I will update this once I receive a full refund from Goodcom, I feel like they scammed me, buyers please be aware of this company and post your comments, scam reviews and complaints about Goodcom in the comments section below.

Ltd. is Goodcom, buyer be aware of these scammers, they are doing business on AliBaba and AliBaba doesn’t care to take action against scammers and they allow it to happy, if you are looking for a order printer buy elsewhere do not buy from Xiamen Goodcom Technology Co. Ltd.
Goodcom are liars, thieves, and scam artists, they kept on making BS lies and excuses that they shipped the package and they blamed it on DHL saying it’s DHL fault and that’s why the shipment was late but infact the issue is with GoodCom and NOT DHL, AVOID GOODCOM AND DON’T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM
GoodCom are a bunch of liars that can NEVER BE TRUSTED, they will fool you, take your money from you and not ship you the product, or ship you as defective product, AVOID THIS COMPANY, and if you got scammed by them I suggest you file a report against them with Alibaba and also file a report against them with your credit card company asking your credit card company to dispute and chargeback the payment, so that way you can get the payment refunded by the help of your credit card company.

Hi, I contacted Vicky from goodcom on Alibaba wanting to purchase their printers and then upon further research I discovered these reviews and complaints about them, she said that these complaints are a lie and not valid.
She said to me the issue was already resolved and there is no problem, and I told her Why is the complaint there then? What’s the reason pls? I’m just questioning that’s all, people don’t usually post complaints for no reason, usually there is always a reason.
She said, our machines doesn't have any problem, our sales have helped him to set up the printer, and prove to print without any problem, so there is no reason to refund.
How can I believe that these complaints are valid? Please prove to me who I should believe.

And yes you are 100% correct! like you said people don’t usually post complaints for no reason, like I said, once the issue is resolved, either they help me get the printer to work or provide me with a refund, then I will request that this post is deleted, but till now the issue is NOT resolved.
I also purchased a GT5000W printer from goodcom and it didn’t work, they refused to refund me and I had to contact my credit card company and request that they dispute the charge, I suggest the same for everyone who has issues with them, they are scammers.
Upon checking the review for this company, I found this blog complaint reviews about them, I can agree that I’ve experienced the same thing with their employee Vicky Gao, she tried to scam me.
