At 9:35pm on Sept 12,2021 I called Swiss Chalet and placed an order for two chicken dinners for pickup using coupon code SC500.

I specifically asked the agent to send a note to the store to have fresh and not over-cooked fries because the last time I placed the order with Swiss Chalet the fries were over-cooked, I did not complain at that time which I regret.

I arrived home, started eating, the fries were NOT only SALTY, BUT EXTREMELY SALTY as well their chicken.

At 10:29pm I tried calling the order desk and store but no one answered.

I had no choice but to eat some of it as I was very hungry and didn't have anything else to eat.

I did not enjoy the food at all, I felt like throwing up and my blood pressure went up.


I think this will be the LAST time I eat at Swiss Chalet and I suggest everyone to do the same unless you want to have a high blood pressure which can then lead to heart failure and heart attack, eating too much salt can also cause many issues including but not limited to kidney problems, fluid retention, stroke and osteoporosis.
