T&T Supermarket Richmond Hill Complaint Reviews

T&T Supermarket

The customer service of this store sucks. I asked the meat department to cut oxtail for me, and they refused and told me that I had to take what was on the shelf. About 10 minutes later, I noticed the same person from the meat department picking up something from the floor with his gloves on, the same gloves he uses when touching meat. He picked up something from the floor and touched the meat right after. This is cross-contamination and one of the ways to spread diseases such as COVID-19. The floor was filthy, and people walked and dragged all kinds of dirt on it. Would you want to eat food that came from the flooring? I don't think so. How would touching the floor then handling the food makes any difference?

This section will review some of the recent complaints that customers have had about T&T Supermarket Richmond Hill.

T&T Supermarket Richmond Hill is a grocery store in Toronto, Ontario.

  4. It seems that T&T supermarket has been providing some bad service.

Some customer complaints on this brand of supermarket are similar to those about other grocery stores like Costco, or Walmart. One complaint was about mold on crispy shrimp burgers.

The continuation of outdated, dirty storefronts is something I can no longer tolerate.

I get really sick every week because of their meat products, which is routinely out of date.

I called to get my money back for unsaleable products and the staff said they would speak to security.

The staff is under-trained and unhelpful. The management doesn't care about quality or customer service!

  5. The poor sanitation and lack of hygiene at T&T Supermarket in Richmond Hill are concerning. Witnessing employees handling food with gloves that have touched the filthy floor and cross-contaminating items is unacceptable. It is essential to report such issues to York Public Health to ensure that they take the necessary action. Customers deserve to have confidence in the cleanliness of their food suppliers. It is disappointing to see such a reputable store neglecting these basic sanitation standards, and we hope they take immediate steps to address the issue.
