Same happened to me, I heard many horror stories about NameCheap.
I agree with the same, NameCheap sux, I lost my domain with them!! Avoid NameCheap always
I regret to inform you that my domain has been suspended by NameCheap. In hindsight, I should have researched NameCheap's reviews prior to registering my domain with them.
Upon appealing NameCheap's decision, I received a communication that indicates they reserve the right to terminate an account without providing a refund for ANY REASON if they deem it necessary. This communication, along with supporting evidence, is available via this link: https://ibb.co/h9LtwzJ
It is important to note that this policy implies that individuals who hold multiple domains within their NameCheap profile may be at a significant risk of losing all their domains without recourse.
