Warning: Frequent Order Mistakes at KFC/Taco Bell on Major Mackenzie & Bayview, Richmond Hill

"Warning About KFC/Taco Bell Orders
I don't usually complain, but I wanted to give everyone a heads-up about the KFC and Taco Bell location at 1070 Major Mackenzie Dr E, Richmond Hill, ON L4S 1P3, near the intersection of Bayview and Major Mackenzie. I've noticed they often mess up orders, and it's becoming a pattern.
Recently, I ordered a 10-piece chicken bucket but only received 7 pieces, and the fries supreme I paid for was completely missing. Additionally, because my order was taking a while to complete, they asked me to drive ahead and park, promising to bring it out to me. I regret doing that. Next time, I plan to stay in the drive-thru until I receive my order to ensure it's complete, and I advise everyone to do the same. Just wait in the drive-thru until your order is ready, regardless of its sizeāit's their responsibility to get it right.
Today, I filed a complaint with KFC's head office and the Better Business Bureau against this location. I advise others who have experienced similar issues to do the same.
