Reliable Cargo Express NOT really Reliable!

I shipped a balikbayan box to Manila Philippines through this shipping company, before I had left Toronto and when I arrived to Manila the box was delivered to me and I noticed it was openned and lots of stuff that I had packed into the box was missing/stolen.

I will never ever ship through this company again and I warn everyone not to use them!

DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU!!!!!!! DON'T TAKE A CHANCE

My girlfriend is planning to ship me the brand new tennis raquet,basketball,laptop and some stuff that are all new!!! and if i sum up all the cost of the goods to be send to me it will probably be over 3000 canadian dollars. and my God if one item or more will be missing this could be a disaster!!!   4. My box is scheduled to be pick at 2-5pm. Their pick up guy called at 5:38 pm and said he will see if he will be able to pick up my box. He also said he called earlier and no one answer the phone. I checked the caller ID and I saw he called at 11:4x AM. this guy is stupid he's suppose to call with in 2-5 pm not earlier, so he wasted our 2-5 pm time waiting for his lazy ass to pick up our package, he also blames us because we never answer the phone, this guy is really stupid he called at 11:4x AM, if you're reading this you should call during the time of pick up. I don't recommend this company, specially when that sorry lad is the oNe who is picking up the box! Realible my ass! Try changing your name.

  5. i have two boxes to be pick -up supposed to be last night in between 6 p.m to 9 p.m(sept 30,2010)I called them monday(sept.27'10) around 5;30 p.m.I talked one of the filipina who's working there for sure and they took my informations together w/ my cel number........and what a dissapointment nobody came and pick-up my boxes so i called them today(oct.1,2010) around ten am to ask why nobody came and pick up my thing,and suprisingly one of the filipina told me that i dont have record with them,so i told her that maybe i talk with the "GOST",coz am not going to bother mah selfto gve them a col with this shit on what they did to me..and one thing more the filipina who i talked with she's kind a lil' bit rude!!!!!!!!

  6. If I had seen these comments before I called them; for sure, I wouldn't have called Reliable Cargo. I agree: they should change their name to Unreliable Cargo --- better yet, they should get out of the business altogether. They scheduled to pick up my boxes on Friday, Dec. 31 between 10am-12noon. Being New Year's Eve, I scheduled the rest of my busy day around this time. I waited till 1pm, no show. No phone call that day or after. Nothing. Very inconsiderate, very unprofessional. The rest of the day, I had to rush so I can keep the appointments I had for that day. When I called on Jan. 3, the receptionist was nonchalant about the missed pick up, as if this happens every time. My advise to fellow Filipinos out there: If you don't want stress, don't use Reliable Cargo.

  7. My sister sent me boxes of stuff from Canada, I made follow up to Reliable cargo almost 2 weeks already..But up to now the cargo still not in their possesion...Sometimes nobody answered their office phone,,,,Grrrr i'm so tired making follow ups

  10. i think i am experiencing the same, my aunt sent me a jumbo box last dec. 16, 2010, from US to Phils. and what's the date today, it's Feb. 6, 2011, i called their office several times for follow-up but they just told that the box was not yet shipped. OMG! when they plan to ship it? 10 more days that box is 2 months delay. so disgusting!

  11. Reliable Express picked up my box on March 16, 2011 after office hours, they are punctual. I will wait if my box will arrive in Taguig, Philippines, hopefully NP. I will monitor their service and keep you posted. All I can say at this time, Reliable Express have their GPS maps up to date so Reliable Express have no problem finding your address. I used the ATIN ITO cargo service in the past, I was disappointmented with their pick up service, they failed to pick up my box so many times that's why I switched to Reliable Express this month.

  12. We also have bad experience with this courier comapany. My mother sent 2 boxes of goods in phillipines from ontario dated Feb 14. 2011 then my mother have her vacation in the phillipines March 25, 2011

    She recieved the 2 boxes of goods while she in vacation in phil. only to find out that alomost 60 percent of goods are missing.

    My mother was in shock and crying after knowing that the goods she bought are all missing.

    Calling all the folks there in canada that do not patronage this corier company named "Reliable" this company really not a realabale they are stealer.

We have the same issue with Reliable. it has been 8 weeks since my wife shipped her package to the Philippines. we thought she made the right decision in choosing Reliable after Atin Ito failed to pick up the packages on time. God knows what happened to her packages. Email me your horror stories about these two demonic couriers. I'm planning to setup a website with only one purpose: to humiliate this kind of business establishments that prey on our hopeless OFWs. Unfortunately our worthless government can't do anything about it.

  14. I think someone from the company or the owner of the company should know about how disappointed a lot of his customers are. Ignorant employees he hires and they seem to be not only stupid but pretty arrogant especially when I spoke to one guy as if he owned the company. This guy is the driver and just an employee of the company. I urge the owner of this company to review his employees and fire some of them not only for bad manners but for the sloppy incompetent service they provide the customers.

  16. please to all air cargoes owner I think it's your responsible to educate all your employees from canada to philippines and should know who are the person working with you so that you can monitor who's responsible and know who's to blame when stuffs are missing we are all working very hard to save money just to buy something for our love ones.it's very dissapointing we filipinos should help it's other not stealing. what a shame.

  17. It was a disaster yesterday! My family in Philippines received my 4 boxes that i sent for them for Christmas but I was disappointed my boxes was wet, my stuff's inside the box was broken. Reliable cargo, di maganda yung handling nyo! Sinisipa nyo lang siguro at tinatapon yung mga boxes. Sayang naman yung pinaghirapan namin at yung bayad ko para lang mapadala. I was so so disappointed, frustrating.

  18. The name should be changed to UNRELIABLE! I called for a balkbayan box pick-up and they gave me a date and time of pick-up. The pick time came but they did not come. I had to call them several times to follow-up. I got a call two and a half hours later and they said they went somewhere and gave me another day and time for pick-up. The day and time came for the SECOND schedule that they game me. As their name says unReliable, they never came and did NOT even call. two weeks after, still no call from them. the nerve for their company to use the name "RELIABLE". I already shipped my box via LBC. i called them on a monday night and they came in tuesday morning. better name with excellent service. if i knew that they were serving our area i would never have used unReliable. STAY AWAY and use LBC instead.

  19. my friend sent me box 3mos ago and until now i havent receive anything from this UNRELIABLE Company, i tried to call this number for 2hrs but until now thanks them they still not picking up any calls... what am i supposed to do?! im planning to go to their office address.. maybe with a cop if they will not allowed me to get my box... will keep you updated.

  22. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE. THEY MADE ME WAIT 3 TIMES AND THEY DIDNT COME. NOT EVEN INFORMING THEIR CLIENT THEY CANT MAKE IT ON TIME. SO UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN I CALLED THEIR MAIN OFFICE ABOUT WHAT HAPPEN NO ANSWER.
