Costco Markham
I went to Costco Markham today and they gave me a hassle when I returned something and asked for a refund.
I thought costco has no hassle return policy ! :(
I left the store unhappy, the dark skin girl in the refunds counter that wear glasses was very rude to me
I called and asked to speak to Ray who claimed to be the general manager of the store, I explained the full story to him, he said he will look into it

I also experienced bad rude service with this same lady you are talking about, I guess she still works there and they don't care to keep someone that rude at their location. :(
I'm not going to shop their any longer, I will go to the Elgin Mills location in Richmond Hill instead.
I am pissed off with Costco. I bought one solution bottle from Costco and i have to apply to the solution on my body. And i am unable to open this fucking bottle cap. They have made such a loser bottle that doesnt have any instructions how to open that disgusting bottle cap. Nor the pharmacy personnel has the courtesy to tell the patients how to open the disgusting fucking bottle cap. Its night i have to apply the solution on my body but i am helpless as there is no instruction on the bottle. COSTCO SUCKS !

Costco is known for its excellent return policy and it's unfortunate that I had to face a hassle when returning an item.
