Swapnil Patil IS A DIS-HONEST employee, here is the feedback that was left to him recently on Upwork:

“MOST DIS-HONEST employee we’ve ever had, where a certain task takes 5 min to complete such as a simple contact form on the website, he said it takes 10-12 hours, and when asked how long it will take to create a simple About Us page and we showed him a sample he said 6-7 hours! when it only takes a max of 30 mins. to complete, so we decided to terminate his employment. Many employers don’t catch on to this, Employees can fool Employers by working very slow to make the hours count very high! BE-AWARE!”

UpWork employers should NOT trust UpWork due to the Work Diary provided by Upwork.

Employers usually believe and think that just because Upwork provides a Work Diary, then there is no way for employees to slack off on their job.

Employers need to understand that the Work Diary is not enough to trust employees on UpWork, the employee can simply just move the mouse back and forth and use the keyword to record fake keyboard clicks that will make the work diary show as valid, when they are not doing much work.


The best way to trust your employees is not by just checking the Work Diary on Upwork but by forcing your employees to access your computer remotely through TeamViewer or other Remote Desktop application, where you can monitor their work in real-time!


But of course many employees will decline working through teamviewer or other remote software and will provide fake false excuses saying they can not do that because teamviewer will be too slow, or other false reasons.


My advise is that if the employee that you hire online, does not wish to connect to your PC to work remotely then find someone else! Because most likely that employee is not honest and has something to hide, an honest employee will accept it and will do it.

If you are worried about giving access to your computer via teamviewer or other Remote Desktop application, then you may install a virtual machine on your computer, Virtual Windows which is a separate operating system and then you can ask them to connect to that teamviewer or Remote Desktop application that’s installed directly on that VM instead, so that way they won’t have access to your main system as this will be separate.

They have this account advertised for sale at Kijiji for $5000, they said it's worth a lot more because they have 5000 followers, after I looked into it, it appears most of their followers are fake, Please take action towards their account to prevent others falling for this #scam

As you can see they have about 40k followers, and the most latest things they shared are ReTweets that have a lot of Likes and ReTweets, if you scroll at the bottom you will see their posts they barely have likes and reTweets on them, which shows their followers are most likely #FAKE but a lot of people will fall for this scam and think they are legit and they wouldn't scroll down to see the truth, some might not even know that the Like and ReTweet numbers do not reflect on their account!

Please.Do sometimes frustrates me, they say one thing and later they said another.

I don't know what's going on with their company and new employees, their service used to be much better before but since they hired new employees a lot of them seem to be un-experienced.

Aside from that, they used to be 24HRS before which used to be much better, and now Please.Do only operates from 8am to 6pm EST Monday to Friday, they are closed on Saturday and Sunday, having said that their response is a lot slower now than before.

I recently found out that Alertacall Ltd, located at 45 Crescent Road, Windermere, LA23 1BL UK, is a business scam. I tried to contact them by phone (0808 208 1234) and by email contact@alertacall.com to no avail.

According to Scamadviser and several other scam surveilling websites, there is a rising number of customer complaints reviews within the past year about Alertacall. The device equipped with OKEachDay button frequently encounters technical glitches, thereby depriving customers of the critical required services. Environmental sensors that monitor home temperature and humidity to within the desired conditions have at times failed to give accurate readings, leading to residents experiencing stress and discomfort. Instances have been reported of failure to check on elderly clients who forget to dial-in for "well-being checks," of which 2 chronically-ill elderly have been found dead in their homes. And, medication and appointment schedules have at times been missed due to Clever Contact failing to send prompts in a timely manner.

It appears that there is a glaring gap between Alertacall's promised services and its actual services rendered. Many clients, particularly the elderly with chronic health issues and needs, are led to believe that Alertacall's OKEachDay technology is an efficient and effective remote health care monitoring device, when clearly many issues have yet to be resolved. Finally, for a monthly fee of £16.99 (exc. VAT) and a £30 phone deposit (exc. VAT), there are other telehealthcare companies that offer the same services for a much cheaper price.

I ordered just one cheeseburger dressed like a Mac from the drive-thru, I ate it in my car, then I came back to the drive through, I asked the manager "Can you please tell me who made my cheeseburger? Because honestly this was THE BEST cheeseburger I've ever had in my entire life" the manager was shocked while he was looking at me and I said I'm serious, he went to grab the chef "Shubham" with the magic talent.

Shubham came to the window, I asked him if he was the one who made it, he said yes, I said to him the same thing what I said to the manager that this was really the best cheeseburger I've ever had in my entire LIFE!!! He said that he's also a cook at 360 The Restaurant at the CN Tower.

I told him that I'm a foodie and I own an SEO business.

The McDonald's cheeseburger presentation was great, all vegetables were fresh, the burger was very juicy and tasty, service was quick and very friendly, honestly overall above EXCELLENT both by the manager on duty as well as Shubham, it really doesn't get ANY better.

I asked if he's working again tomorrow he said yes and I said that I will definitely come back tomorrow.
