I signed up for a dedicated server with this company and the server they provided me with did not work, it had some problems and when I asked them to cancel and refund me they failed to refund me because they said they don't offer refunds on dedicated servers.
So basically they scammed me, they took my money and failed to provide me with the service that I paid for which is illegal.
Don't trust AM Hosting, I filed for a chargeback through my credit card company and it's currently in process, I believe chargeback is the only way to go with when dealing with a company like this.
Don't make a mistake and don't signup with amhosting.com , amhosting.com is a scam.
DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME! TELL THEM THIS IS A SCAM, AND LET THEM KNOW YOU FOUND THIS INFO THROUGH PUBLICCOMPLAINTS.ORG

I agree with you 100%. AmHosting is unreliable and has poor customer support. Don't use this company if your site includes ecommerce. Your sales will suffer if you do because the site goes down frequently and their customer support is indifferent and shabby at best. I intend to file complaints with the Reno Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau in hopes of helping others to avoid doing business with AmHosting.
our website went down on July 5, 2013 on the amhosting.com dedicated servers and they never resoponded to my support requests. I placed over a dozen s.o.s. hlp calls not one answer. Do not use this company!
they are horrible! no customer service, no support what so ever. my site was down for days on end, they never offered a refund or a discount for the inconvenience. their servers can't deal with filezilla, nor can they handle links. don't use them you will regret it!
AM Hosting has received negative reviews from customers who have experienced issues with their services, including non-functional servers and the company's lack of refunds for dedicated server plans.
