Scammers! I paid for extra hot peppers on the side, but they were not included. When I called and spoke to Olivia and Anthony, requesting a refund, they were very rude, dismissively addressing my complaint over $0.50 and hung up on me. I will be filing a report with BBB.org, Google Reviews, Yelp, and others. I am also writing an article on a blog about this incident. It doesn't matter whether it's $0.50 or $50; it's the principle that counts. The value of the money isn't the issue; it's the integrity of the transaction that matters, because they are scammers!
