I don't usually complain, but I wanted to give everyone a heads-up about the KFC and Taco Bell location at 1070 Major Mackenzie Dr E, Richmond Hill, ON L4S 1P3, near the intersection of Bayview and Major Mackenzie. I've noticed they often mess up orders, and it's becoming a pattern.

Recently, I ordered a 10-piece chicken bucket but only received 7 pieces, and the fries supreme I paid for was completely missing. Additionally, because my order was taking a while to complete, they asked me to drive ahead and park, promising to bring it out to me. I regret doing that. Next time, I plan to stay in the drive-thru until I receive my order to ensure it's complete, and I advise everyone to do the same. Just wait in the drive-thru until your order is ready, regardless of its size—it's their responsibility to get it right.

Today, I filed a complaint with KFC's head office and the Better Business Bureau against this location. I advise others who have experienced similar issues to do the same. I thought I had seen it all when it comes to bad customer service, but this restaurant really takes the cake—or rather, forgets to put it in the bag! Despite reminding their employee, Rebecca, not once but twice to include a missing item, they still managed to forget it. Mind you, I shouldn't have had to remind them in the first place—it's their job to get it right.

But wait, it gets worse. The sushi? Tasted like it had been sitting out for hours—old, stale, and far from fresh. When I called to express my frustration, Rebecca's solution was nothing short of laughable: 'Come back, and I'll give you free sesame seeds.' Yes, you read that right—sesame seeds. Not a refund, not a fresh order, just seeds. To make matters even more ridiculous, she admitted there was no manager available, so that was the best she could offer.

Honestly, this is the kind of customer service that makes you feel like you're being pranked. If you want a truly unforgettable experience—for all the wrong reasons—this is the place to go. As for me, I'll never be setting foot in this joke of a restaurant again!

Beware: StoresGo.com is a Scam!

As a regular online shopper, I have experienced my fair share of delays and mishaps with orders! However, my recent experience with StoresGo.com has been nothing short of a nightmare! leading me to label them as a complete scam, be-aware!

On Thursday, July 11, 2024, I placed an order with StoresGo.com, selecting express 5-day shipping via FedEx. Eagerly awaiting my product, I expected to receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number promptly. Unfortunately, that confirmation never came.

Despite being charged for the order, I have not received any notification about the shipment or a tracking number. Over the past week, I have sent multiple emails and left several voicemail messages, all of which have gone unanswered. During one of my attempts to resolve this issue, I managed to speak with someone who assured me they would pass the information to the seller. Yet, even after this interaction, I have heard nothing back.

Frustrated and suspicious, I decided to do some research on StoresGo.com. A quick search on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website and other review platforms revealed that my experience is far from unique. Numerous customers have reported the same issue: being charged for their orders without ever receiving their products. Many have described similar stories of unresponsive customer service and unmet promises.

After sending several emails complaining, their customer service finally replied, claiming their seller would ship the product and provide a tracking number soon. But they never did. They are liars because they have no sellers. StoresGo.com pretends to be a platform where they allow sellers to list their products, but there are no actual sellers. All products on StoresGo.com are listed by them! and they scam people by never shipping anything!!!

The pattern is clear. StoresGo.com appears to be engaging in fraudulent activities, charging customers for products they have no intention of shipping. This kind of operation is not only unethical but also illegal.

I urge all potential buyers to stay away from StoresGo.com. Do not fall victim to their scam. Always research online stores before making a purchase, and be wary of any site with a significant number of negative reviews and unresolved complaints.

My Frustrating Experience with Uber Eats and A Missing Sandwich

Today, I want to share a recent ordeal that left me both baffled and frustrated, involving an Uber Eats order from Subway. On April 8, 2024, I placed an order for three sandwiches from the Subway located at 10019 Keele St, Vaughan, ON L6A 3Y8. Little did I know, this simple action would lead me down a rabbit hole of customer service failures.

Shortly after placing my order, I received a call from the Subway employee. He informed me that one of the sandwiches I ordered, the Egg & Cheese Sidekick, wasn't available. He advised me to contact Uber Eats for a refund as he was unable to cancel the item on his end. Following his advice, I reached out to Uber Eats immediately to request a refund for the unavailable item. Despite my prompt effort, Uber Eats' response was anything but swift.

As I awaited their reply, the rest of my order was delivered. Anticipating potential issues, I recorded a video of the unboxing, clearly showing the two sandwiches I received and highlighting the missing Egg & Cheese Sidekick. This wasn't my first rodeo with missing items, and I wanted to have evidence on my side.

Uber Eats eventually got back to me with a less-than-satisfactory response: "We are sorry to hear about your experience… but your order isn't eligible for a refund at this time." This outright refusal to issue a refund for an item they failed to deliver was not only frustrating but felt like a breach of trust and service.

What makes this situation even more infuriating is the effort and time it took to attempt to resolve this issue, only to be dismissed by Uber Eats. I've documented this saga not just to vent (okay, maybe a bit to vent) but to highlight the importance of holding companies accountable for their service failures.

In pursuit of justice, and perhaps a bit of compensation for my wasted time and undelivered sandwich, I've taken my complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Concern Over Unauthorized Surveillance at Richmond Heights Health Care Clinic in Richmond Hill

😳 I was shocked yesterday when I visited the 'RICHMOND HEIGHTS HEALTH CARE' walk-in clinic at 10520 Yonge St. Unit 4 in Richmond Hill and discovered two cameras in the washroom. Upon contacting York Regional Police #2 district, I was informed that no officer was available to take my call. Consequently, I spoke with Staff Sergeant Newton, badge #1048, who advised that while unusual, having cameras in the washroom is not a crime, despite what Section 162 of the Canadian Criminal Code suggests regarding voyeurism.

Staff Sergeant Newton recommended contacting the Richmond Hill By-Law office.

However, I believe it is also crucial to report this to:

1. York Regional Police
2. The Ontario Privacy Commissioner
3. Canadian Privacy Commissioner
4. College of Pharmacists
5. College of Physicians and Surgeons
6. WSIB of Ontario, Ontario Human Rights Commission
7. Local Business Licensing Authority
8. Building Owner or Management
9. Media Outlets
10. And various online resources and review sites.

I encourage others to do the same, as such practices should NOT be occurring. The more reports received, the more seriously it will be taken.
