I thought I had seen it all when it comes to bad customer service, but this restaurant really takes the cake—or rather, forgets to put it in the bag! Despite reminding their employee, Rebecca, not once but twice to include a missing item, they still managed to forget it. Mind you, I shouldn't have had to remind them in the first place—it's their job to get it right.

But wait, it gets worse. The sushi? Tasted like it had been sitting out for hours—old, stale, and far from fresh. When I called to express my frustration, Rebecca's solution was nothing short of laughable: 'Come back, and I'll give you free sesame seeds.' Yes, you read that right—sesame seeds. Not a refund, not a fresh order, just seeds. To make matters even more ridiculous, she admitted there was no manager available, so that was the best she could offer.

Honestly, this is the kind of customer service that makes you feel like you're being pranked. If you want a truly unforgettable experience—for all the wrong reasons—this is the place to go. As for me, I'll never be setting foot in this joke of a restaurant again!
