Very bad service, Everyday they close whenever they want at different times, they've listed on business hours that they close at 8:00pm but when I called on Tuesday Aug 10th,2022 they said they will close at 6:00pm and asked me to come the next day. 

The next day Wednesday Aug 11th,2021 I called them asking what time they close and a young boy answered the phone and said they will close at 8pm, I arrived at the restaurant at Approximately 7:00pm and noticed the door was closed. 

I called them and the same boy answered the phone, I asked if they moved to a different location because the door is closed, he said no and after a few minutes he opened the door, I ordered 20 PCs Kebab and waited half an hour.

Then I asked the owner if my order is ready and she said no sorry we don't have Kebab, I said what do you mean? I called before and I came all the way from Richmond Hill, I ordered and now you are telling me you don't have Kebab? 

She said sorry, that young boy doesn't know anything, you should have asked to speak to me, I said how am I supposed to know that? Why would you let him answer the phone and the door if he doesn't know anything?! 

They made me come all the way from Richmond Hill, I wasted time, and money and at the end they tell me they don't have Kebab, why are they even operating a restaurant business if they don't have food, and why don't they say so. 

They are very stupid they do NOT know how to operate a business, very bad customer service, don't waste your time here and go elsewhere.

Just as I was leaving, I noticed they have many food catering trays and other things sitting directly on the floor, this is VERY DIRTY, I’ve also reviewed other complaints and comments about them posted on their Yelp and Google business reviews and noticed many of their customers complaining about how dirty the restaurant is, I am shocked how the public health department allows such restaurant to operate, I will be calling the public health to file a complaint about them and I encourage everyone to do the same.

I ordered a Bosch dishwasher model SHE89PW75N from Tasco Appliances in Richmond Hill last July 26, 2021. And I've made the biggest mistake in doing so.

Like an ordinary purchase, I would always check the reviews from Google Business Listings of a certain company before deciding whether to buy a product with them or not. I was impressed with Tasco as it has quite a high rating of about 4/5 stars. With that impressive rating, I decided to buy the dishwasher from them. However, this experience turned out to be bad, which made me question the credibility of their reviews which may be fake or paid.

July 26, 2021 (Monday)
I called Tasco - Richmond Hill on this day and placed my order for the Bosch dishwasher. I spoke with a very nice and kind sales associate, Artour Mejloumian.

I checked the availability of the item I was looking for, and he said they have it and will arrive soon. He confirmed the earliest delivery date would be on July 29, 2021, Thursday. We agreed with the date and proceeded with the purchase.

Later this day, I received an email from Tasco to complete my payment which I made right away. From there, Artour said I would be receiving an automated call to let me know the time of delivery.

July 28, 2021 (Wednesday)
I called Tasco customer service to inquire about the delivery time as I have not been notified yet. I was informed that it would be delivered the next day between 7:45 AM to 10:45 AM. I did not agree with the delivery time because I cannot book the elevator during those hours and specifically mentioned that I can only book the elevator from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The customer representative and I agreed with the delivery time and said they would send an email to the delivery driver. I suggested for them to call the delivery driver instead because they may not see the email right away. But according to the customer service representative that I talked to, the driver can only be contacted through email.



July 29, 2021 (Thursday)
At around 6:59 AM, I was awakened by the call I received from the driver, who left a voicemail message saying that he's on his way to deliver the dishwasher and will arrive within 30 minutes.

I immediately called the driver back and advised him that I could not receive the dishwasher because I have an agreement with Tasco that the delivery time would be between 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and not earlier. He said he was not notified of the correct delivery time and that he was scheduled to deliver the dishwasher between 7:45 AM - 10:45 AM.

I advised him that it would be impossible for me to receive the item that I purchased because I CANNOT change the elevator booking time, and I do not have other means to transport it to my unit.

The driver said he could not deliver during my preferred time because he will be busy and will be making deliveries in the Bradford area on this day. Given this case, he said that I must be scheduled for another day. I politely declined, and I decided to cancel the order and request a full refund. He said that he would contact the customer service and let them know about it.

Shortly after, I received a call from Tasco's customer service apologizing. They advised me that the delivery will be done the following day. I declined this and explained we had agreed for its delivery which was 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on this day and not on the next day. I am certain of that decision.

It turns out that the agent I spoke with yesterday did not file the delivery schedule correctly. Therefore, the driver was not informed that the delivery should be from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The customer service representative offered me a delivery for the following day, ensuring the delivery time we initially agreed on. Again, I declined the offer. They offered another option to have it delivered after 2:00 PM of this day, which I declined as well. I repeatedly explained that the building elevator was booked from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. And that our building's security is very strict and will not allow the driver to enter the building premises beyond the given time.

I informed them that I am very disappointed with Tasco. I requested that this order be canceled with a full refund. The customer service representative said she would send a message to the sales agent Artour to do so.

With this experience, I would say that Tasco is not an organized company. How can Tasco improve their services? I suggest the following:

● Confirm the delivery time with their customers not a day before but from the time the order is placed.
● Inform the delivery driver using more methods such as phone call, text message, and others. They should not rely solely on email, as email is checked late sometimes, or at times it might not even be delivered and be marked as Junk Mail.

A customer orders Alcohol for a Minor at a restaurant, Alcohol taken away from them, then several people from the group leave a 1 star fake bad review.

The customers are NOT always right.

We hope that if Rosy Vartabidian, Seta Semerjian and Hermin Semerjian ever applies for a job anytime during their life, or deals with anyone, they would be well known for their true criminal character after someone finds this review story about them upon Googling their name!


The restaurant later replied to their review on Google stating the following:

"Rosy Vartabidian, Seta Semerjian and Hermin Semerjian was sitting together with others at a table.

They ordered alcohol, the waiter brought the alcohol and asked who it's for? An underage girl said "it's for me", the waiter then asked her for her ID, an adult male replied "no it's for me", then the drink was handed to him.

The waiter then noticed the adult male taking the alcohol and passing it to the underage girl, the waiter immediately advised him such action is not allowed and took the alcohol away, they threatened to leave a bad review.

It is an offence to give alcohol to someone underage. This includes things like providing alcohol at a party or purchasing alcohol for a minor. A person who gives a minor alcohol can be fined up to $10,000 and sentenced to jail for up to two months.

300. Every one who publishes a defamatory libel that he knows is false is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years.

It is unfortunate that there are some customers like these who abuses their children then threatens businesses with bad reviews by abusing the internet when they don't get what they want.

There are many amazon buyers who are scammers, they are most likely competitors and the person listed above is one of them.

They place fake amazon orders on your account, and once you ship their order, they claim as order not received, you then end up losing the money on the product as a result of the customer dispute and plus they post a one star and a negative feedback on your amazon seller account.

They do this several times, then eventually you would receive an email from Amazon stating that your seller account has too many negative reviews and your amazon account will then be canceled.

When you try to appeal the decision made by amazon, you will most likely get declined at first and this is exactly what happened to us.

Then we filed a complaint at the better business bureau WWW.BBB.ORG against Amazon, Amazon reviewed the file and re-instated our account, however all the bad fake reviews still remained on our account, Amazon provided us with information on how to report these fake negative reviews which we did already but that did not help in getting the fake negative reviews removed.

Unfortunately, amazon has not yet come up with a solution to solve this huge issue, its very easy for anyone to create fake amazon accounts, do the same as above in order to knock off the competitors off the amazon platform.

While I was at the restaurant ordering pizza, several times I noticed the employee taking the payment from me then proceeded to make the pizza without washing their hands first nor using a sanitizer, of-course washing hands is the proper way and not by using a sanitizer, doing so will cause a cross contamination of any possible bacteria and or viruses including but not limited to COVID-19. I will submit the same information I submit to you on several online popular blogs, and I kindly ask you that you that you take the proper action against this business and educate them to wash their hands in soap and water before they start preparing any food.

I called them and I asked who they are, they said they are from Norton, and that they charged my credit card the amount listed above, I said that's not true because there is no charge on my online statement, they said it was already charged but it takes 48 hrs. to show, I laughed and said even so, it would have still shown up on my online credit card statement, I called them a liar and a scammer and they hung up on me.

Someone was suggesting you call their number several times and hung up, this will cause them to get billed for the toll free call as they get billed for every call they receive. :-)
